A Shower Bar in a gay club in Paris means a performance by a male dancer, in very little clothing, enclosed in a glass shower, taking a shower and dancing. Much like a go-go boy. Except this go-go boy gets soapy, wet and steamy, and leaves little to the imagination.

Wouldn't know, haven't had an opportunity to hear 'crack pipe' used in that context.
However, your butt has a crack, and your GI tract and rectum may constitute a pipe. So put these together and perhaps you now have an alternative definition of 'crack pipe'...
