Web site that is like a dictionary for words not in a usually dictionary?

My friend showed me this site where you could look up words like slang words and see the defination it was funny but I can not find it.

OneLook Dictionary Source is an excellent dictionary tool, and comes with words from many languages. I am pretty sure it has idioms/phrases, and slang included in it's resources also.
