Kevyn Adams traded?

Question

The Hurricanes traded Kevyn Adams to Phoenix for Dennis Seidenberg. What do the Canes fans, or anyone else for that matter think about this?? I'm sad to see him go... Does anybody know anything about Seidenberg??

Did anybody see this coming???? I mean he was an alternate captain.... and such a big part of our team last year....

I don't Like it at all, Adams was a good player, but I can understand the decision. We have had a lot of defensive injuries, but we still have Commodore and Wallin, not to mention Babchuck and Tanabe, who has been remarkable recently... Not to mention Hutchinson.... But 5 active players really aren't enough if we want to play a good game, and I have noticed more and more shots getting through, especially late in the game, with only Ward to block them (Not that he's bad or anything, but I'd Rather he didn't have to make those saves)

I guess we'll see. Adams was a good player- he'll be missed.

Well, i figured that the Hurricanes were goin to trade someone evetually. They needed a defenceman because most of their defencemen have injuries.

I didnt think they were goin to trade Kevyn Adams. I really hate seeing him go. He has been with the Hurricanes for a long time.

Dennis Seidenberg is from Germany and he has 1 goal and 1 assist. He has played for the Philadelphia Flyers and the Phoenix Coyotes.

I'm so disappointed to see him go, but a trade was imminent with the Carolina D lacking right now. I don't know much about Seidenberg, but I guess we will soon! I don't think he'll be playing until the next home game on the 11th...I'll be interested to see how he performs.

I will iss Adams but the Canes need some D help.
I will be heading to the game on Saturday. What is a good bar to go afterwards. This will be my first trip to a Canes game
