I return them...
But sometimes--if I'm in a rush--I will fling the cart real hard from one side of the parking lot aisle crashing it into the cart storage area on the other side...which isn't very nice.

98% of the time I return them. I don't do it if I'm really in a hurry and not parked near the cart rail, if the weather is bad, heavy rain or snow/ice.

I constantly return it. this is lazy and rude to bypass away it sitting there, probable blocking off somebody from parking interior the spot. One food market i bypass to you will desire to positioned 1 / 4 interior the slot in case you like a cart. no I don't return them, I like to see the run-a-way carts race each other to slam into the nearest parked car so I tend to leave them wherever.

Always return them. . .or else someone else has to do what you should have.
I once had a gentleman take my cart back for me after I unloaded it into my car. . .I could have hugged him. One small gesture from another goes a long way. I now do that for others.

no not always. they never put the cart spots in the back of the lot. im not going to walk 6 miles to return it. thats someone elses job
