Texas Chainsaw Masscre (The original)

Very little gore
Crazy basic sound effects that set a mood
Simple, basic scary story about a homicidal family. Had a almost real feel to it the way it was shot

Very in your head, didnt rely on graphic images

I agree with you. The Saw trilogy has to be some of the best horror movies around. Most horror movies nowadays just copy eachother, but Saw was original and kept you guessing the entire movie. So I agree. Saw.

I agree with The Blair Witch Project.

Although Saw was pretty good too...

I don't think the old Vincent Price chillers of the 60's could be beat though.....

I'd have to say the ring 2(wasnt so much scary but had a good plot),or i guess the saw movies.They were clever.

I like the original Halloween. There isn't a lot of gore but it's SCARY especially the music!
