Why wouldn't you want to sell your children?
Kidding! Seriously, if you can tell us where you are we may be able to help you better - I can't recommend Florida if you live in Korea :)

Go to Orlando and visit the Ron Jon Cape Caribe hotel. Now, this hotel is like $300.00 a night for a cool room(but the rooms are like soooooo cool), which sucks. So all you have to do to make it $100.00 a night is you just let them take you around the place for a tour, and they try to sell you some timeshares. Just simply keep saying "No","No", and "No". It's about 1-2 hour(s). They don't harrass you or anything, and the only time they try to sell you stuff is in that 1-2 hour(s). They never mail you or try to sell you a timeshare again. So you save like $200.00 a night just by saying "No". Pretty Easy :) .
Good Luck..and You'll Love It!

My hubby and I are the "ambitious" (also known as crazy) type. We took our vacation by packing up the car, and driving across the country, from Georgia to Utah (to visit family) and back to Missouri, where we split from the way home and drove all the way up to New York. We did the entire trip on about $350. We stayed in hotels only 2 nights, and slept in the car the rest of the time. It was crazy, but we were able to see so many neat and amazing things... and since that's what we love most, it worked out just fine for both of us.
Kind of a nutty way to reconnect, but that's our style.

Sell the kids! Have fun!
Well seriously it depends on where you already are. If you are in Montana then obviously Costa Rica is going to be expensive. Where do you live? Ages of the kids?
