70 F seems to be pretty standard. What is that in Centigrade?

There are studies you an find on the internet that prove that around 22 C is the perfect temperature. If it is colder...people make more mistakes. If it is warmer, you feel sluggish.

72 degrees. You have to keep in mind that some people get really hot and some stay cold. 72 is normal.
