I go to bed with a flannel top and bottoms and I have a undershirt I wear with it. But for some odd reason, in the middle of the night, my body tempature climbs and its so cold in my room and I am hot. So, that when morning comes I am freezing. I am 24 but dont know how to get this to stop and I sleep by myself.

Go to bed with minimal clothing and just use a heavier blanket. That is what I do, my room is super cold too.

Give this a shot please. Wear a good sports-bra and just a lighter set of pajama bottoms instead of the flannel pants and two tops to bed. Your body sounds as if it's getting over-heated form too much night-time insulation being used. You could also sleep with one less blanket or a thinner blanket instead of the one you're currently using. Hope this helps you out!!

Stop sleeping in flannel night clothes?

I sleep in short shorts and a tank top.

Take them off in the evening. Then you can't take them off in the morning.
