try downloading a program called spybot- search and destroy from www.download.com. you might have alot of spyware on your computer... if that doesnt help you might need to by an anti- virus program like norton to get rid of any viruses on your computer...... hope that helps!!

Well typically with a slow running computer it could be spyware or adware but you also have to take into consideration that you may have alot or toomany programs installed on your computer. i had the same problem about a week ago. what i done was went into my computer and deleted some of the unnessary programs that i didnt need and then rebooted and everything went back to normal. it could be a range of programs from computer games to alot of music that may be slowing your computer down. try deleting programs you never use or hardly ever use. that should help.

I agree with the previous answers. But, you may have too many programs installed in your computer as well. Like games, and other software. Try uninstalling the items you don't use.
