so does pilates really work? cuz i dont want to waste my time with it if it doesnt...and im not flexible at all so it makes it even harder for me...oh and if anybody does pilates could you please tell me what were the results and how long did it take to see them please and thank you!

Just like any other exercise plan it takes time to see results. I started doing them after I had my daughter and it toof a few months to tell in my stomach area, that may have been because of the baby thing though, so I would at least try it. It does work

Yes pilates works, and it will help make you more flexible too. Like anything, it takes time to get results. It won't happen overnight, but it will happen.

Pilates elongates your muscles and tendons and make youmore elastic and flexible. It's not good for losing weight though. Be patient, a couple of months.
