I think that the kid did something. When I watched the video - I could see Tigger trying to get away and he didn't hit the kid til his turning to pull away didn't get the kid to let go.
Then the kid has the nerve to proclaim innocence and say that he did nothing? LOL

The nerd grabbed the back of tiggers costume and he was unable to breathe so he tried to pull away and the kid would not let go so in his own defense tigger hit him but not hard enough to even knock off the kids glasses.

if you watch the video it looks as if that punk did something to tigger the way tigger backs up and pushes his arm away-why would tigger do that if he knew he was on video? obviously the brat deserved it-and the dad is an idiot too
