How much weight do the results of a personality test carry when applying for a new job? More employers seem to be giving these surveys but they all say that there are no right or wrong answers but I think they are much more critical than they would have us believe. Here are a couple that I've taken recently: DISC Profile personality survey and ProScan.

More companies are having applicants take one to see what type of personality they have and their work behavior. It can help them determine how well you will fit in with the company.

the top 4 things a person looks for in a live meeting or conference for a job is 1. GOOD HANDSHAKE!!!!! 2. good teeth (not super yellow, not crooked, none missing) 3. smell (make sure u dont stink and smell good, but not too much perfume!) 4. you are confident. ( dnt worry or show weakness) act ready to handle anything and it will make u seem more professinal. wear some nice clothes 2. u could try publix or another supermarket??? or something more professional? try working at a departmeant store for teens like aeropostale or hollister or even a shoe store. if u do, do that, wear their brand clothing. the managers will like this, (u are bascily a walking advertisment wich is good for their buisness)

I think the personality you display during the interview is more important than the personality you display in a test.

Unless you have YEARS of experience, and highly skilled, I think the personality, and communication skill count above all other bulls when it comes to who to hire for a job.
