Goof Off or Goo Gone should remove it.

One thing that sometimes works is Deep Woods Off just spray on a fairly thick coat. It will dissolve it off of most hard surfaces and works sort of on fabrics. Also a good dry-cleaner will have some tricks to remove it off of clothes.
