I was watching VH1 or MTV and they were showing this guy singing. He has an old, raspy sounding voice. Hes skiny and looks kinda like a hobo, has a really hairy face and he plays the guitar. he can sing really good! Hes a White guy and looks like hes about 35-50 years old ( I know thats a pretty wide age range!) HELP PLEASE!!!!!

It could have been billy gibbons from ZZ Top he has a really long beard that looks like a hobo and a similar voice to your description
