Have a heyday. I would more than likely head to the arcade and play every game there. Of course, after helping myself to some tokens. I wouldn't keep any, of course, just play until my fingers were sore. :)
Then I would probably go try on all the clothes I have been wanting to check out but was waiting for the first of the month idiots to disperse before doing so (they have a tendency to herd in the food court, which is annoying). After laying out what clothes I will buy on the counter of each respective store, I would probably then just explore.
Realistically speaking, though, I would be forced to use my cell phone to call and get myself released, because all of the stores have gates they lower at closing time, therefore preventing my presence in any establishment, which in turn would end my amusement.

If the stores weren't individually locked with gates, I'd probably go into the bookstore and read then fall asleep. If everything was locked up, I might jog around in circles for awhile and count how many times I could do it until I got exhausted.

I'd play on the merry-go-round. If that certain mall had one, of course. Most people would say that they would go to one of the stores, but that would mean breaking in, since they usually lock the individual stores up. So I would see if I could get the merry-go-round working. It would keep me entertained.

i would call the police department and see if they could get in touch with the mall manager to come and let me out

Find the security guard, demand they let me out and then contact my attorney so I can sue the crap out of them for locking me in.

im sure theres enough technology and books that i could create a robot to kill everybody. make a giant lego dude to keep me company. and ill make my own food. easy enough.
