I've found that the following technique works best.

(1) Fill a long iced-tea glass with liquid nitrogen;

(2) Place the glass on a platform below waist level;

(3) Unzip your trousers and unleash the offensive member;

(4) Dip it repeatedly into the iced-tea glass until the smegma becomes frozen solid; and

(5) Whack your tool against a table or other firm surface until all of the smegma and/or other dirty substances fall cleanly away - about 5 minutes.

You should be nice and tidy by now.

Cheers, Mate!

You must have a bad situation going on, sounds like to me you could use a gun cleaning kit, they come with a rod and a wire brush attachment, so you can clean that thing out good... Good Luck on your problem.....

i usually use a strong chillie powder of sort mixed with a bit of water to create a paste, this is a far more superior method than the conventional soap and water one and works well for excess cheese build up, a great disinfectant too. happy cleaning!

what works well is to stand in the shower and have my wife lather up her hands with bath gel and give it a real good and long cleaning along the shaft and the balls and the head and then rinse in cold water and repeat as needed.

Try a daily shower with hot water and soap........................
If you do this a cleaning kit would not be needed.
