If you want to be fit like celebrities it takes a lot of time and energy. They also workout from around 3 to 6 days a week.
For example Jessica Simpson does 1/2 hour of cardio and 1 hour of weight training
Jennifer aniston does 70 minutes of Budokon
Reese Witherspoon does 1 hour hikes with little breaks for lunges and lifting arm weights.
Nicole Richie does an hour of strength training and cardio done in sets.

*benefits*
1) have more energy
2) sleep better

Also when working out you want to do something easy first, and build your way up to something that takes a ton of energy. When you get tired you go back on the easy machines. That's what I heard was the best way. Remember to go slow (when doing any reps & combine cardio w/ toning)

Most models aren't "fit" if you take a good look at them. Maybe they look hot in a magazine, but not up close. If you're wanting to tighten things up a little I would such 4-5 small meals a day rather than 2-3 big ones. This will help your metabolism. Also, get a good workout going on. I like Carmen Electra's strip to fitness. Disc 2 is only a workout, but it's a great workout. If you don't wanna buy her full set, you can get disc 2 real cheap on eBay. I know exactly how you feel. I'm thin as well, but I want to look perfect. It's easy to be "skinny," but not fit like you wanna be.

i was very thin for my age for a while (130 lb. male) and i put on twenty pounds in three months through eating healthy (protein, carbs in chicken, tuna, milk, eggs) and staying away from pop, snacks, and i worked out four to five times a week doing two muscle groups a day (i.e. back and biceps, abs and legs) hitting everything. most people do cardio as well. a light jog for twenty minutes three times a week. i didnt since i was looking to put on weight. but in the end it takes dedication and hard consistent work unfortunately. it doesnt happen overnight.

Most models are too skinny. Don't go by them. The trick is to tone though, if you want to see some definition. Try a workout video with resistance bands or something, they work great.

Good luck

work out. it's good you're already thin, so now you don't have to worry about losing weight. just getting toned & fit. running is about the easiest thing. if it's cold outside, then maybe a treadmill, or if it's nice outside & you have a nice area, run outside.

rather than eating large portioned meals snack a lot on healthy stuff, but eat if you are hungry. drink lots and lots of water, exersize quite a bit and you will be good to go.
