try "hot shot" or "hot power"
it is a sulfuric acid based drain cleaner that is VERY strong. it will burn skin, and not pleasant to smell.
you should be able to find it at real hardware stores, or industrial supply stores. it is used primarily for the rental/property maintenance market.
it is basically like the liquid fire that someone else mentioned.

My wife bought something called a "Zip Strip" a few years ago. It's about 2' long and is basically a cable tie with teeth. You put it down the drain and pull it right back out. The teeth grab onto the gunk in the trap and you're clear.
To clear other drains, put a solution of baking soda and vinegar (never ammonia) in the drain after clearing out as much of the liquid as possible. It is natural, practially free, and effective.

No such thing! It depends on what has it clogged. Grease, soap and hair can be flushed with boiling water. Hair, paper can be dissolved with bleach. If it is a bath tub, run water in the tub and use the toilet plunger (you don't tell and i won't tell). Push down slowly and jerk up violently.

On the Market? Liquid Plumber Gel. Make sure you get the "Gel." Works great.
