I am just wondering what the reverse side of many of these "racist cops shooting black men" newstories is.

Blacks in the USA are 7 times more likely to murder someone, in some manner, than the combination of Whites and Mestizos. When you separate out the Mestizos, the Black to White per capita ratio for murder perpetration rises to about 10. Black murderers are much more prone to kill with a gun than Whites are.
Although I don't have the specific statistics you asked for, what I do know leads me to expect that Black felons are at least as likely to shoot a police officer as the reverse. The skewed media reporting that makes Whites seem more criminal than they really are, and Blacks less so, probably also works against hardworking good cops.

What about white cops shooting white kids? Or black cops shooting black kids? You do understand that cops don't go around just shooting whoever they want when they want, right? That white cops just happen to be on the scene of a black kid with a gun. See where I am going? The cops aren't racists. They are doing their jobs. Jobs that are difficult enough without having Monday morning quarterbacks judging their decisions. Decisions they have to make instantly under sometimes extremely stressful situations. So give them a break. Be thankful that they are there and leave them alone!

Just because a black person commits a crime does not mean that blacks as a whole need to be assumed guilty. It does not give someone carte blanche' to kill innocent people. The reverse of this is, because white people tend to contribute to 98 percent of serial killer cases, does not mean that white people are all serial killers or that they should be killed first and questions asked later.
Try to gain breadth of perspective and see beyond what you see on television.

black people could shoot better but white people got better guns. that how they killed all the jews. and asians. and indians. and penguins. and sushi, and aliens. you dont see aliens around anymore. you know why? because white people killed them all. i bet there really was but white people killed them all.
