It depends on how many classes are in the 1.41 GPA. To figure it out take the number of credits a class was worth muliply by the value of the grade (A-4, B-3, C-2, D-1, F-0) you add up all those numbers and divide by the number of credits. If you have a 2 Ds and a C for classes all worth 3 credits you would calculate 1*3+1*3+2*3=12/9 credits total=1.33 to determine what you need to get to have 2.0 you multiply by your total credits you will have and subtract what you already have. Lets say you tak another 3 classes worth 3 credits each so you would have a total of 18 credits times 2 is 36 subtract the 12 you already have and you have 24 points you need, divide by 9 credits and you will need an average of 2.66 to get a 2.0 which is 2 Bs and a C at least.

most colleges will let u repeat any grade in which u made a D or F as long as u took those coruses originally within the firs 60 hours.. Repeat EVERYTHING u can and that will help ur grade a lot.. They will only count the highest grade in the GPA.. If u take courses that will be fairly easy for u, it would help.. Know that only so many PE classes count (they are only 1 hour each..so a few might help some but not a lot). Make at Least A and B's and u maybe able to... Biggest help will be to repeat D or F's classes

You should look into grade forgiveness programs at your university. Not all school have it but some will let you take over classes in which you got below a c. They either let the new grade count towards youre GPA or they average the new nad old grade to count towards your GPA. The initial grade is always on your trascript but it can really boost youre GPA. I had a 1.9 GPA and brought it up dramatically after a few grade forgiveness classes and a lot of hard work. But as everyone else said if you have a bunch of credits already it makes raising youre GPA harder. Good Luck

It will be really tough, but you can do it if you work extremely hard. Try taking mostly general education courses and other courses you know that you can do well in, and make sure you're taking full advantage of every academic resource your school offers such as tutoring, the writing center (my school has this; other students review and help edit papers before you turn them in), review sessions, study groups, and quiet study rooms in the dorms or library. I'd also advise picking up a few one credit classes that you know you can do extremely well in like choir, dance classes, or instrumental ensembles. They don't count for a ton, but any A that you get makes your GPA a little better. You're going to have to pull back from social activities some, but make sure you don't fall off the face of the earth entirely, or you'll get depressed and frustrated. You can bring you GPA up if you're willing to work; I went from a 3.18 to a 3.49 in one semester, and I didn't even try particularly hard. Good luck to you!

Yes it is possible if the 1.41 was your very first semester and you get a 3.0 and higher your second semester.
It all depends on how many classes had you taken to get a 1.41 and the level of difficulity.

Depends on how many units you already have under your belt.
If you've only take like 12 or 20 or something, then yeah...that's not hard.
if you've already completed like 100 or 140, then it'll be tough.
you'll have to probably take a lot of units and get A's in all of them.
