Bad news. He's going to be out for quite a while. I'm going to miss him. This will really shorten his career as a wrestler.

Triple H is currently in Birmingham, Ala., where he is undergoing an MRI with Dr. James Andrews. WWE.com has learned that while he is in a tremendous amount of pain, The Game is in great spirits and is trying to keep his head up.
Last night at the New Year's Revolution pay-per-view, Triple H suffered an knee injury during his match against Rated-RKO. The match ended in a no-contest, with a double KO- neither of the superstars could get up after the referee counted 10.The preliminary diagnosis was a possible quadriceps tear, which will be confirmed or modifed pending the results of the MRI.
Stay tuned to WWE.com for further updates on Triple H's condition as they become available.

I don'k know but he is being evaluated today. It looks like he tore his quadricep muscle. He had a similar injury a few year back, could be out for a year! Okay, he is currently getting an MRI, it looks like its 6-9 months.

They think he blew his quad.
So it could definitely be bad.
When he hurt it in 2001, he was out like 11 months.
