I can't speak for anything but New York theatre. Pink hair is acceptable. Try and make sure she doesn't have to sit next to anyone with purple or orange hair - she'd clash.
If you are really worried, have her wear a scarf over her hair until she's seated, but I guess that defeats the purpose of having pink hair.

Yes, you can go to the theatre with pink hair, in the UK at least. Sometimes when people are making a big night of going to the theatre, they might dress up formally, but that's just to make it more of an occasion for themselves. I go to the theatre a lot, from West End shows to fringe productions above pubs, and I go in whatever clothes I'm wearing that day (which, to clarify, usually include jeans and trainers, and never include a tie).

Well I'd say YES!!!!And if they do refuse you access say "This is a place to express yourself in any form of the arts you so wish and it just so happens that your wife's decision was to do it with her hair" or "How dare you not allow my wife to express herself in a theatre. That's what they are all about aren't they?" The reason I'm saying wife is because it makes it more plausable if you say you wont go in without her and that you are an overprotective husband etc........Hey maybe you could even get her to try the waterworks if all else fails. If that doesn't always work you can try taking a hat or a wig with you.....but give it your best shot.

Last time I went to the theatre most of the from t row was made up of old ladies, most of whom had the stereotypical blue rinse... although some ranged from purple to pink under the house lights.
Don't see why your girlfriend's hair should pose a problem.

No they won't. Theatres are a lot less smart nowadays and there is no sort of dress code, I've been in filthy jeans and generally looking a scruffy mess many times so don't worry about pink hair! Enjoy the show!

No. They can't. They only reason you might have a problem is if she has a mohawk as well as pink hair. If you block someone else's view, there is a problem. But having seen the things people wear to theatres, she will probably be considered conservative.

No of course they won't refuse you access. You can wear what you like to the theatre these days and this includes having any colour hair you want. Its not full of people in top hats and ball gowns anymore!
Have a good time. :-)

Yes. I would make a nice change to see that at the theatre. These places tend to be filled with snotty nosed snobs so pink hair will give them something to frown at. Crack on and enjoy the show.

I rather think it depends what sort of "theatre" it is and what kind of "access" you had in mind. Out of curiosity, I wonder whether your hair is also pink, given that your question asks "Can I attend...if I have pink hair".

I would very much doubt they would refuse your girlfriend admission but maybe you should contact the theatre to be sure . I know some places do have a dress policy .
Enjoy the show
