i have 51 attack and 50 cooking those are my two highest

The lowest attack and cooking on the highscores I believe is 58. I have 60 attack, 66 strength, 55 defense, 60 cooking, 60 magic, 58 fishing, and all of them are on the highscores. It just depends on what skill and how many people that are higher than you. You see, 51 and 50 are so low because of the number of players that it doesn't show on the scoreboard. Thats why your not on the highscores.

You gatta beat out the lowest guy on the high score list for that skill. If your talking total ranking that'll take a lot. Your total level will have to beat out the lowest guys.

Well, it's simply a matter of getting a higher level than others. The highscore list only shows I think the top 100,000. Pass the bottom man there, and you're set

You have to have a level in the desired stat that is above 30, and be in the top 1,000,000 players for that stat. For the members skills (and runecrafting), the general rule of thumb is, get to 30 and your in.
For Free Players skills it requires a lot more.
