It's not like we believe you guys. We ask because we want to see if you would tell us the truth. But it seems the standard lie is "4, or wait 5"

You know I think it all has to do with the fact that anything over 4 or wait 5 is considerd being a hoe and they want the man to like them so...I look at it like this If you cant tell the truth then quit having sex with alot of people
When I met my husband I told him straight up how many people I was with and told him that if he didnt like the number then he can move on...and he liked that i was straight forward with him

If u had not been so nosey u would have know worry.If it doesn't matter to you then why r u mad she lied.It's no ones business but there own next time u ask her a question tell her she doesn't have to answer cuz it doesn't matter n that way there is no need to lie.Maybe she is embarrased and now u have made her orhim feel worse.Let it go it was none of your business to begin with n it doesn't matter if your her partner it still isn't your business cuz it's the past.U want a future think of that not the past.

I don't think it is to hide it or really lie about it . Some women are ashamed of it. It's like omg I can't believe I did that. Plus when they find out that they have been with more than you, a guy. Well you know, so they tend to not add some . I don't see the big deal . I say leave it in the past. Treat each other like you are the only one you have been with. Love every moment you have together. Life is too short to care who yall have had sex with

What makes you think that the woman are lying, it is possible that they have not been with many men.
Not all woman are sexually active before they are in a committed relationship.
Besides, maybe they only remember 4 or 5, some may have been so useless that they were forgotten the second they walked out the door. Maybe they truly only remember the memorable ones... Who knows for sure, there are probably many reasons.
And why would a man even question it unless he didn't trust her. If you ask and she answers, that should be enough.
Personally if my husband had asked me that I would have told him it was none of his business and I would never ask that of him either, it would be none of mine.
When your with someone you should be with them for who they are now, not for their past, after all if it were not for what they have already experienced in life up until now they would not be who you choose to be with. So why not just live for today and the future, the past has no place in any relationship that lasts.

if the question was asked to you, would you answer honestly. only an insecure person would dwell on the past. does it matter who was then, instead of who is now? and if you received the answer that you were truly looking for would you still want to be that person whom you love. and what if the answer is only one or two, would that make it much better? then that would still upset you because you weren't the first. do you understand the possibilities of all these questions? if not here it is. you would be a very lonely person if you questioned every one you met. time is short.

well i don't lie i am not ashamed of who i have been with.....by the way 4 and i have had 2 miscarages by 2 and have been prego with 2 living children....so i have proof and i do not have sex with any and every one due to i get prego so easy and no birthcontrol does not help thats how my last child got here and i have been married 2 times so go figure......not all women lie....men have a score that they keep and think that its cool but when they come down with something they want to point there finger at the women and thats not right....not when most but not all men bang any and every body....so you need to watch what you say and how you say it....

You may be making a sweeping generalization with that question.
If it were me, and he asked, I'd tell him the honest truth after first knowing why he asked.
I suspect men have their own lies that they tell their partners.
Lies are based in fears.
Trust only comes when there is no fear.
If you want trust in a relationship then build a love that conquers all fears.

I dont believe in lying, I believe in not answering the question at all. Boys and men cant handle the answer. They want you to f*ck like a sl*t but god forbid you had more than a certain number of partners they think is ok. You guys cant handle it.

I agree, it's stupid to lie. I told my husband and he was fine with it. What's in the past is in the past, true enough, but people have the right to know how many people you have slept with.

I doubt its lying- just that they might not prefer to tell all on the past. I mean why is it necessary to know how many people the girl slept with?
