Become a technology teacher. Teach classes in computer use. You could get an AA degree in technology, then get your teaching certificate, then work in an elementary or junior high school.
Less school than a social worker (they need a 4 year degree) and would be rewarding and not as boring as customer service.
Or you could completely shake things up, walk down to the recruiting center, join the Marine Corps and ask to be a cryptologic linguist (spanish) then spend the next 4 years working in the U.S. embassy in Cuba!
Is that completely random or what!

Human Services or Social Work is best since you enjoy working with ppl and children. You would need a four year college degree. I have a friend who majors in Human Services at a University and graduated in four years. It doesn't take long at all. She told me the classes are really easy. Once you have the degree, you can definitely work in agencies where you can help children or with the people in need.

Look into Social Work, it offers a wide array of ways to help people of all populations, yes you need a four year degree, but you will make decent money and can do something meaningful every day.
