if you wear a $200.00 one you bought in a optical store or the cheap $10.00 ones you bought in the mall

It depends on the style and craftsmanship. Most of the time people won't notice. Unless you have a big GUCCI or VERSACE emblem on the side - people don't know the price. In all honest, people can probably care less what you paid and unless they are funding the shopping spree to purchase the glasses - cost is no business of theirs ...unless you choose to tell them.

i wear my sunglasses while driving and skiing in the snow mostly and will not wear anything that is polarized. The polarized feature reduce the glare from the road water, etc. I prefer glass lens to plastic as they are more durable to me for some reason. They do not scratch as much. my every day glasses are from Maui Jim and cost a bloody fortune at over 300 dollars. However, I have had them for a really long time. they fix them for not a lot of money.

I do own a ton of "fashion cheap sunglasses" that I just wear when I am trying to match things up to an outfit or occasion. but I always go back to tried and true Maui Jims.

The best sunglasses I ever got were $10 at an airport in Texas.

Had them for two years... But I dropped them and the lense broke.

I replaced them with a $60 designer pair and they're nice... But they're no better or worse than the $10 ones.

I got more compliments on the old ones, actually.

Funny you should ask because recently, I purchased a pair of Christian Dior Sunglass for 300$ and their great compared to the sunglasses I've bought from gas stations, malls, and other places. Their great if you have eye problems and need 100% UVA ray protection. They also bring alot of attention, and complement's from others.

It is not important whether somebody else will notice the difference or not, but you surely will. Cheap glasses can give your really bad headaches.
