sometimes..out of nowhere i feel so depressed...i feel sad and like crying but i dont know why....
im confused about how i feel about this boy i like
i desperately want this boy my friend loves to love her back
i want my friend to stop trying to turn me against my other best friend
i want to know where i stand with my best friend becuase im confused
i want to go through my life without hearing my parents shout at eachother all the time
i want my pervert cousin to stop trying to touch me up all the time ='(
i want my best friend to be happy
i never open up and trap all my feelings inside............

im so depressed i dont want to live..i dont see the light..i just want to sleep forever..how can i feel better?

get a hobby. talk to your parents...tell him what is bothering you...is not good to think of dying right now, ok. life is precious and you gotta enjoy it...i have problems to that i want to run away from, but i can't....what happens happens....just go destract yourself....don't worry about friends, because in reallity there is no friends in this world. just try to be true of yourself later in life you will find out there is a lot of things in this world that you are not going to regret....miracles happens you just gotta be patient and be positive and be around family and friends that loves you and cares about.....go out and have fun.....go destract yourself....

Speak to your parents about the rowing - they may not be aware that they are doing it and that it hurts you so much.
You also need to speak to some one about your `perv` cousin - a trusted adult be that your parents, your GP, a teacher , a friends parent - someone you can trust - he/she has no right to do that.
You have a lot going on by the sounds of things and its no wonder you are feeling confused but you have to speak to someone or else how else will they know what to do to help.

There is always light at the end of the tunnel no matter how you feel right now, it will get better.
Take every day at a time - like its a new start - look to the future.

handle one problem at a time. take care of that one then move to the next one.

until you meet the right one you always be confused about your feelings

don't worry about your friends love life, be happy for them when things work out, sorry for then when they don't.

a friend does not try to turn you against your other friends.

ask them where you stand.

some people are happier when they are fighting.

tell him to stop, if he doesn't go to his or your parents

we can not make somebody happy, they have to want to be happy

let it go.

remember the good things in your life, it's hard sometimes to think about the good, but it's there.

Try to talk to a counsellor if there is one available at your school. If your parents shout at each other, try to block out the sound by shutting the door, turning on the radio or TV, etc. Be firm with your cousin and threaten to go to the police if he doesn't stop assaulting you.

Talk to your folks or other trusted adult. You need some medication. It is nothing to be ashamed of. Depression does have physical symptoms and can be treated.

Please seek help before it gets worse. Life truly is worth living.

sweety you need to go to the Doc, depression is a very serious disease, you need to explain to your doctor whats going on in your life and how you feel deep inside, nobody is worth taking your own life, as far as your parents go, block them out , put on a headset and turn it up to where you cant hear them, be sure to tell your doctor about everything, remember your health is number 1.

oh my dear, i used to feel exactly the same, i know how much it destroys you inside. please go to the doctor, dont end up like me, still depressed because im too scared to tell anyone. when you're feeling better in yourself, THEN start worrying about other peoples lives, your health and mental wellbeing are top priority.

i know how do you feel. just try listening to music and do things you like its not gonna help you immediatelly but it will help at some point. try talking to people and sharing . go to conextions web site where you can chat with that kind of people who can help you.

omg dont talk like that... i say all you can do is speak your feeling or talk to someone that is close to u...i have the same problem somtimes...just dont do what i did(cut)... if all else fails go and see a counsler
