Happens to me all the time for less. The definition changes daily based on who decides to report you for what.

anything they decide they do not like or someone else decides they don't like, is chatting and personal communications. I mean if you wanna see chatting, how about the books those GD "Celebrities" write on here and call it a fricking question.
Doesn't ask a question and then get answers imply some chatting. Sheesh. OMG, I got on a rant.
I've been suspended for chatting many, many times, and suspended doesn't mean suspended, either, btw.

The fact that you dared to ask if someone was the black sheep implies that you want to know who is a black sheep, hence you are starting a conversation that might at some point help you understand who is a black sheep.
That's how they know. Did you get it? cause I sure didn't but that's how it works...lol.
BTW...Im a white lion, not a black sheep, just in case you still wanted to know.
