Yes, even having just ten fingers. I count to ten, then go back to the first finger and count that as eleven. You can count to eleven on your fingers if you reuse the same fingers over and over. It's quite simple.

yes. you hold up two hands, and count down from ten on one of them. Then you add the five fingers on your other hand. It should go like "10, 9, 8, 7, 6, and 5 is 11."

close fists and open one finger per number. Then when you get to ten and all are open, then you close one. and start from 11 and go to 20.
