i had broke up with some girl two months ago.it happened because on that fateful i was about to send back her cd and i am i send it back by myself not using the post and i wasnt so sober at that time and i said ''it's over'' just because my ex doesnt want me to go to her house just to return her cd and i was like ''man what happened?'' it shows to you, you must be calm when dealing with this sort of problem or you'll end up like me.but its over now no and i've lost contact with my ex.but im finally come to terms with it now and i must look at the positive attributes that i can give to a relationship so that i'll be ready for the next gal to bump into mylife

You have to understand that grief comes in stages. Denial, anger, grief, acceptance. Unfortunately, there are a lot of people answering this question who seem to be in the angry stage. It doesn't last forever and is completely normal. To know that it's all a process helps. Don't hide from your feelings. Wallow in them, and in the end you will feel better. Some people stay angry because it's too scary to feel sad. But I think that's a shame, because it wastes their time, and probably affects their next relationship.

Try to keep busy. Walk. Go to movies. Be with friends, family. Work hard at school or work or wherever you are. Keep your head up. And sometimes just sit and cry if you need to.

Truly, it will pass.

Good luck.

Honey, there are 300,000,000 people in the USA, of course someone else just had a break-up and someone else is about to and someone else just met the person of their dreams. But none of that is relevant to you is it?

You have to deal with your break-up and how you're going to heal and move on. A professional Psychologist might be able to give you some coping skills and exercises that will help you weather the storm and make you stronger. Find some supportive friends, a priest or clergy member is you're religious, a mental heath professional or a support group.

You will get through this with time and by taking care of yourself. millions of people have. It's all part of life. Good luck!

Yes, I hade a brake up (grade) done couple weeks go, and now I can brake so well. You shd try it. I'm kiddin.... :-)

WEll, If you're at the age and knowledge where you can't even spell "break-up" properly, just don't worry about it. Move on.
It's just a waste of your time and energy. If your bf comes back, try to work it out,, otherwise just think of all the bad things he's done to you and just get on with your life.

Well me and my fiance just seperated 44 days ago. It's going to be hard at first and the amount of grief can vary on how much you care about the person. Right now were best friends and trying to work on our own problems. What happends from there no one knows.

I just had a broke up on last Christmas. I thought he was a mature guy because he never raise his temper on me. Besides, if we had a problem, we'll figured it out together. The problem is he go to school in other state in my country. Sometimes I felt lonely and trying to find someone to spend time with. And I did find that someone, but I never meant to fall in love with him. 5 months ago, my father was transferred to other country for his study. I thought everything will be settle once I moved up and stay loyal to him, but suddenly he found out about my "friend". I was in shocked when he asked me about that guy and I panicked. I was trying to tell him the truth when he called me a slut. I was so upset, and I just shut him down without saying anything. Now i feel my soul is gone..
