A) Dont take bets from NY fans. NY fans are inherently skeezy like that.

B) Blackmail, extortion, or good old fashioned robbery will work.

The NFL wont forfiet the game for the patriots so the win stays, contrary to some peoples remarks and espn. The rule book specifically states that can not happen unless a team forcefully removes the other team from the stadium during the game. The cheating issue: Jets did not have a legit shot one way or another. Remember: A. Camera was confiscated early in the game, and did not play much if any factor. At most the pats might have figured out one or two signals, but if you look at their scores, 7 on the first drive(no signals had stolen at this point). There was another TD on special teams(no special teams signals were stolen). 51 yd toss to moss(this one moss runs by triple coverage, if the pats had the jets signals they probably would not have looked moss' way because he was being triple covered) B. Jets offense didn't do well either. 2 Successful drives, the rest pretty bad. Sacked repeatedly, new runner got 42 yards or something. Pats didn't steal offensive signals. C. Your bet was on the outcome of the game, teams steal signals all the time this is nothing new. Jets called in Caldwell for a chat prior to the game, to steal signals and information on the Pats' game plan. It can give a team an edge, but so can a lousy call by an official in a close game. The Patriots just being more blatent about it, but it would not have much effect on the outcome of the game. Teams signals are extremely difficult to figure out, the Patriots were probably doing this for a future edge not for an edge in this particular game. Anyways thats my take on it. Maybe your friend will feel differently. I wouldn't bet on SD though, I dont think they will be able to beat New England even though I think New England has its distractions right now. But all in all, you owe him you should pay up.

It seems to me you gambled twice. First, you gambled that the Pats would win (a reasonable bet). Second, you gambled that the fool would pay you. Given the track record, the second bet was a loosing proposition. About all you can do now is bet him double or nothing on everything you can think of until you loose once. Then at least there isn't an outstanding debt.

He obviously doesn't have any money. Let him have some fun. Sure, make some bets with him that you know you can't win & you can bet (no pun intended) that he won't have the nerve to ask you for the money when you lose to him. In fact, let him get ahead and do the same to him that he is doing to you. If he asks to be paid, remind him of the past. Oh, be glad you didn't lend any money to this guy and just don't even do that. He is in dreamland.

Get a gang of Hell's Angels to take him into the desert for 5 days, and cover him in honey near the ant's nest.

Start calling him early in the morning and tell him that you want your money. Or mess with him until he pays up. Like superglue on his cups and silverware that sort of thing. Even if he doesn't pay up, you still feel better and that's what counts.

Nothing like a Louisville Slugger to a knee-cap, pal.
But seriously, if he didnt pay then, what made you think he was gonna pay now?

Youre just a tool.

First off, never make a bet with him again!
If I was you, I would embarrass him. Ask him for the money in front of his friends or your friends. Then mentioned how he never pays when he losses a bet.
If that doesn't work, then forget about it. But remember, never bet with him again.
Sorry about that, I hate welchers!!!!!!
