Well, I'm gonna say tht the human race will not survive without the earth, so Earth will last longer!

The earth has been here for billions of years and will be here long after humans are extinct.

Of the several realistic scenarios that could wipe out the human race, such as an asteroid strike, nuclear war, or global pandemic, none of those would affect the earth.

The only events that would destroy the entire earth, such as a collision with a comet or the sun becoming a nova would certainly kill off the human race.

The earth will always exist in one form or another and the human race is dependent upon there being live human beings. So the answer is the earth.

Depends on how fast humans can develop intergalactic travel. We all know earth can only sustain life for so long (our sun expands to a point where it is too hot to sustain life on earth; in a million or so years.) So, if we do get out of here by that time earth will "survive" (with no life). If we do, Human race will!

Earth, of course... if you compared the age of the earth to a 24 hour day, humans would have only been here for a few seconds of that 24 hours. We will die off many, many millions of years before the sun goes supernova and burns up the earth.

The earth can last another couple of billion years (4 at most) before the sun bloats and vaporise our planet.
Spices do not last more than a few million years before mutations accumulate to the point it is an actual different race, and because we will shortly start tempering with DNA.
However, if we collectively play our cards right, the descendants of humanity -- be them purely biological entities, cyborgs, computerized robotic emulation of individuals, or even fully virtual representations running on some supercomputer somewhere -- will go on.
If we play our card right.
If we don't, then it is game over.

properly, till the Born Agains get their way and harm humanity by potential of having some best wing president to drop bombs or an asteroid hits and brings on a clean and surprising ice age, people as we glance at present will develop into extinct by using evolution. Survival of the fittest. Evolution exists for that reason. who's to declare we can't evolve so we are able to stay with all of that? Who says we've not began already? existence in some type or yet another will proceed in the international till the sunlight dies.

I highly doubt humanity will last for the several billion more years that the Earth will be around. No species has ever survived that long, except maybe some microbes.
