Sometimes it does. Mostly because I like things to be done my way and sometimes it is difficult to accept someone else's method. On the other hand, other people can contribute some excellent ideas so it is not always best to work alone.

Yes it does rather, mostly because a lot of people just never shut up and are always flapping their mouths and making mindless noise tapping pencils etc.
