if you know anything then try it but i think that you should open the back part of the drayer and then clean the dirt and then see what heppens.......... don't just give it to the service man he will take like 150 bucks for just cleaning that drayer...

As long as he keeps doing your wife while you are at work, it'll need to be repaired while you are away.

Ask sears to repair it. If they need to return shortly after to fix it again it will be an inconvenience, but they probably wont charge you again.
