can somone pull up deleted text messages from alltel?

i was told that all of my text messages can be recovered. what number they were sent to and what number I received them from.

Now honestly..I have delt with this before. Even with a court order the only thing they can do is tell what number it came from. They actual data is not stored on the server. Only the number and time of the text is stored. No content. They have a number that is used for missing child cases etc that with a court order could provide this kind of information.

That's correct. They can do it through your service provider, but need a court order to do so.
