I have a little dog. I love him!! The small dog is great because you have more control over it, which enables the better chance of training it well. Also, food, vet, and grooming expences are much lower with little dogs. They don't need as much exercise as big dogs, either, although you defintely DO need to exercise them a little bit! The best part about little dogs is the fact that you can hold them...and they can sleep on your bed!

I have two smaller dogs and I love them like crazy. I have two Boston terriers. One is about 15 pounds and the other is about 20 pounds. I live in a small 3 bedroom home so it is better for us to have small animals instead of larger ones. Plus I'm not a cat person never have been never will be.

I love dogs, big or small. We've had a chow and shepherd mix and we've owned a chihuahua. The little dog had more get up and go than the big dog, but I like either.
P.S. I never had to clean up after either ;-)

More or less because i have a minor fear of large dogs i was attacked by one when i was 6. However i do plan to have a small dog in a few years.

I would want a little dog and i want a little 1 cuz they r easy to hanfdle carry and easy to keep an eye on

I have 2 big dogs but I'd love to have a smaller one. I mean, you can pick them up and they can lie down on me without crushing me. But there's no way that I'd give up my babies!!
