Which is the only country doesn't have Independence?

Some has answerd as, Cuba, Palistain, Red China, North Koria, but that is wrong, all those countries has Independence.

All those countries do have independence; they have their own governments, good or bad. Freedom is another matter.

To claim they have "Independence," you have to define better "independence." If you merely consider it sovereignty as in independence from a colonizing imperial country, then sure, they do have it. According to that definition, no "country" lacks independence. Some ethnic nations might arguably lack independence such as the Palestinians and the Kurds.

If you open up your definition of a country to a broader state, then according to some would-be independent groups like the Quebecois, Quebec lacks independence from Canda, Puerto Rico from the US, and many other "territories" of a dozen larger countries.

However, if you're talking about freedoms and human rights, then yes, your list is a good start. The citizens of Cuba, Pakistan, China, and North Korea all lack many basic human rights according to the international Universal Declaration of Human Rights (not sure if you meant Pakistan or Palestine as the 4th country you mentioned, but Palestine is not a country...).
