was a passenger in a truck when we were hit in the side by a kid doing 50 i hurt my ribs lost my truck its total and lost my job sent i was hurt and could not work now i need to know how i caan get a another truck money for my injuries and lossingh my job?it was a snow ball efect frist the wreck then being hurt then losing my job which i really loved even called and begged her 3 times trying to get it back but no luck and now all the money i did have save is gone and i have no job or wheels to be able to look i wish i would of stayed home on nov.27 cause this day has really ruined my life i need some help to try and get it back

You have to contact the kid, his parents if he is under 18, and his insurance company. They should pay for a lot of this stuff. If you can't get satisfaction from them, get a lawyer and sue.
You might not get money for losing your job, but you should get money for time you were physically incapable of working, plus the truck damage and medical bills.

If the wreck is not your fault, then his insurance should pay for your medical bills and the cost of replacing or repairing your truck. You were a passenger, but it was your truck? It might be a good idea to consult a laywer and see if it's possible to sue for damages. There are lots of laywers that advertise their services are free until they win. Why did you lose your job? You also might be able to sue if they fired you without good cause. At least it's worth looking into.

If I were you I would seek legal help. My husband was in an accident and sought legal help and didn't owe anything out-of-pocket as his legal fees were taken out of the settlement. Seeing a lawyer after a bad accident is very common, so there are accident lawyers all over the phone book. You could find one with a free consultation sometimes. Best of luck

Call one of the attorneys in your town that is always advertising with those same words "If you were hurt in an accident, call ______ & ________". Good luck.
