If they are hobbies you are interested in, your community college may offer classes in some or all of what you've listed. I don't know what dry paint is, but the others are print making classes at my school.

Embossing is called relief embossing. Also dry embossing. I'm not familiar with the rest.
Go to Google and type in one of those.

I'm sure if you typed them into any search engine you'd find lots of information. Even looking in a dictionary will give you quite a lot of clues.
