Could it have something to do with the way the right tries to pass off lies by not leaving room for debate.

Look at there politics. There is no discussion of what they will do if they are elected. There is no discussion of how something could have been done better. It is all mudslinging and name calling. I will admit that the liberals do there fair share of mudslinging also, but they do talk on the issues from time to time.

No, it's cause i don't want a bunch of fanatical, hateful, spiteful, mean, and crazy liberals clogging up my email with a bunch of hate mail.

because the conservatives just spit out crap without providing any information to back up their claims, and they dont want to be questioned about it later. its an easy exit from the discussion.
