Exercise!!!! The more you move, the more energy you have! Also, a balanced diet (food pyramid) will maximize your energy! Cut out the junk food!

A bit of exercise.

And, most importantly, a healthy diet (vegetables and fruits in particular - I'm not a vegetarian, by the way. I love meat!). Try to cut on sugar and fat, as it tends to makes you tired. At least, it makes me tired. If you start eating healthy, you'll really see a big difference in a afew weeks.

In the meantime, you can take vitamins, or take some magnesium for about 6 weeks (depends on the content of the pill). Magnesium is very good in the fall and in spring, but you can do it anytime. It boosts your body and your immune system.

Exercise is good it circulates the blood and wakes you up. Try taking a quick walk. I do this at my office when I start to get this way it really helps wake me up.
