We had a simple verbal agreement. Now the mother is controling the situation b/c she has legal custody. Is there anything I can do?

Take her back to court and modify the visitation plan. That could change the amount of child support being paid as well. You are going to have to fight for your rights.

Divorce degrees can be modified. It may take aquiring the services of an attorney and going back to court to have visitation become part of a court order.

It should list the terms of visitaton/custody in your divorce decree. Get a lawyer.

if the divorce is final, you have few options. you could file a motion to reconsider. it would be up to the judge to decide if he wants to hear it. beyond that, hardly any options.
