Goo Gone or a similar product is your best bet. Don't try to scrape it off with anything other than a plastic putty knife or you might scratch the chrome and then it will start to rust. Good Luck>

Here's a similar question and the answer that I copied:

How do I remove a bumper sticker from a chrome bumper without scratching or otherwise harming the finish?

To start, lay a large rag over the sticker and then soak the rag thoroughly with water. Make sure the sopping wet towel is contacting the stickers. Let that set an hour or so and then remove the rag. Use a scrub brush or a plastic ice scraper to carefully remove the paper part of the sticker. When you're done with that, you will only have adhesive residue remaining on the bumper. Now, pat the area dry and then clean the rest of the glue off with any quality adhesive remover such a Goo-Gone. Finally, just wash the bumper and polish as desired. NOTE: A single-edged razor blade can be used, but you must be very careful not to scratch the bumper.

I hope this gets it done for you!

Depends on the sticker material. Since it is made for external use I am guessing it is a plastic/vinyl type material. The best things to be used is warm soapy water. Make sure the water gets under the material. It should then easy once saturated to remove. Alternatively if you can steam it with a steam iron or a kettle this will loosen it was well. However there will be residue this can be easily cleaned with an alchohol based cleaner such us acetone or paint spirits. This should not hard the chorme no need to scrape it off with a blade again once the it is absorved into the adheasive it should come off easily with an old rag. Also try sticking some super bond duct tape on it and then pullin it off.
Good Luck

Goo gone works good. Don't use anything metal to scrape it though. Use a softer plastic scraper. Body shops also have an "eraser" (it is attached to a drill) that they use to remove gunk from painted surfaces which you may alternatively want to check out.

WD-40 works the best.
No razor blade or anything.
Spray some WD-40 on, let it sit a minute or so, and use a rag, or paper towel.
It might take some elbow grease, and another shot of WD-40, but you wont scratch the chrome.

Pull your Vehicle near and out-let. Go into the house and get your every day Hot Blow Dryer. Plug it in and point it at the sticker you want to remove. Carefully peel the edge of the sticker with the Hot air on it and start to peel it off. It will come right off.

Safety razor and a rag with some goo-gone on it. You can buy Goo-gone almost anywhere.

try taking it off with a razor and take the rest off with some dishwashing liquid and some good ole water or if you don't want to use a razor just try soaking it in the dishwashing liquid and water and it should come off.
