The sports game that it comes with is actually really fun. I bought Monkeyball which is entertaining in its own right. I wasn't impressed with Zelda. Don't get any cross-platform games like Madden or Need For Speed. They're a LOT harder to control on the Wii than they are on the Playstation or anything else. I got through 3 quarters of one game of Madden before I turned it off. I've heard Elebits, Excite Truck, and Rayman are pretty fun too.

It all depends on your preference. If you like RPG's then I would go with Zelda: Twighlight princess. If your into shooters Red Steel is a must have. If your a hardcore racer then maybe ExciteTruck. All of these games take full control of the Wii's controller, which in my opinion, is right up there with the PS3's sixaxis.

Zelda is by far the best game for the Wii, if you have a Wii and don't buy Zelda there is something seriously wrong with you.

you should start off basic with A game like wii sports or wii games then move nto games like redsteel and zelda

One of the first games my son got on his Wii was "Cars" from the Pixar animated movie. He loves that game.

just be thankfull you have a wii i have been tryying for weeks now......... My brother has it and basically monkeyball, maddan, and the sports pack that came with it keeps us happy... remember the graphics and game play are not the greatest it was made for motion games somethign new

depends if you like fighting then the best is zelda and if you like sports and it's madden 07 and there are some funny games to that like run with remote bolwing boxing and stuff like that.
