I have been off the pill for about a month and half now, i am supposed to be getting my period sometime this week. By me being off of it, do you think it increases your pain of symptoms, because for the last 11 days i have had sore nipples and breasts, and for the last three days, i have had a sore lower back. Because when i was on the pill i didnt experience these really.

It sounds more like there may be a possibility that you are pregnant. I would take a pregnancy test. I have tried many forms of birth control, the only thing that made me have symptoms like these was being pregnant.

When I went off the pill, I was told to be ready for anything - maybe worse periods, maybe not. But my period never came. After 3 months I went to my GYN and she prescribed me a pill to induce my period - my period wasn't much different from when I was on the pill (before I went on the pill, my periods were absolutely terrible).
You could be pregnant, too.

birth control pills are supposed to help with period pains. It may be your body getting back to normal. If you are worried about it, go to the doctor.

i think your body is just reacting to not being on birth control. Mine did that when i switched from yas to yamin (which was only a month w/o bc). Call your doc and ask if its normal to having these symptoms. He/She might run a pregnany test to rule it out/rule it in (i've had about 4 done from the doc bc i switch bc alot).
I say just call your doc.
