I think last week was the beginning of the end for Karen and Jim, he is freaking about her and I think the conversation between Pam and Jim in the break room was a wake up call for him that he still loves her. Now he has to figure a way out of the relationship wth Karen, I think she will be the next to go but it will take a few episodes. I dont think the guy who was 2nd in command in stanford will leave, he is a great nemisis for Dwight.

I think Jim and his new Chickie are going to move in together and Pam will get very upset.
And have you noticed how someone has quit every week since the 2 offices merged? Who will it be this week?

The spoiler says something about karen getting "surprising information" or something, so I think she might find out that Jim had (and still has, I hope!!) feelings for Pam.
