Usually between 10-15 feet, I think. So a 5 story building should be at least 50 feet tall.

The rule of thumb is that each story is 10 feet tall so just mulitply the number of floors by 10.

If you have 5 floors then 5*10 = 50

so it will be 50ft tall

You gotta remember though, many older buildings over twelve stories high never named a 13th floor for superstitious reasons. They would just go from 12 to 14. I've seen them in Chicago and NYC both, sure they exist elsewhere. The average should be 10ft per floor though.

A story is generally 8 - 10ft ( really all depends on actual standards ) But thats generally how tall. I don't know the actual measurements....but thats pretty close.

Standard ceiling is 8-10ft, if you account for structure a story becomes 10-15ft.

I would say 100 ft with ech story being 20
