For all those who said A-Rod, you have all fail to support you case with numbers. Manny has a lot more than A-Rod. A-Rod doesn't have defense he has 24 errors and is 7th most in the MLB out of several hundreds. A-Rod hasn't delivered in the clutch. In the playoffs, can any Yankee fan find the idiotocracy in a .305 career batting average batting 8th in the lineup? In the playoofs A-rod has a .071 batting average in the postseason which could match a National League pitcher. Manny can have ups and downs (but he currently is confortable in Boston) but he has performed when he needs to. Manny has a .314 career batting and .385 in 2004 postseason. Manny has defence and an arm with less than ten errors a season and .978 fielding percentage. Manny has better batting and regular fielding stats. both of these players have other talent on the team (Manny hits in front of the big pappi, and A-Rod has an MVP, Jeter). The stats show Manny is better.

I like A-Rod better. Not just because he is a Yankee, but also because Manny acts like an ******. Manny has the tendency to admire his home runs. Anyone who does that isn't acting professional. At least A-Rod acts more professional and humble than Manny. Another thing that I don't like about Manny is that he acts really stupid, and asks to be traded many times when he should just shut his trap, and play the game. A-Rod is simply a much more classy individual than Manny could ever hope to be. Another reason that I don't like him is that in the 2003 A.L.C.S, he overreacted to a pitch that Clemens threw. Manny must be nuts if he thinks that he could take Clemens in a fight. He was still holding a bat because if he didn't, Clemens would have hurt him. However, unsurprisingly, Clemens struck him out on the next pitch, which also proves that Clemens has a psychological advantage over him too. I think that the next time that Manny ever admires his home runs, he should get beaned on the next pitch. It is his kind of behavior that could prevent him from making the Hall of Fame. Yet, the excuses that they give for Manny's behavior when they say "It is just Manny being Manny". More like Manny being an ******. A-Rod by a landslide.

Alex Rodriguez, the youngest player to reach many marks; Manny Ramirez is a great player too don't get me wrong but Alex seems to give you 100% playing hustling in every play and at bat.

A-Rod of course. A-Rod didn't demand the money the Rangers shelled out. He just accepted it. He'd signed for far less. Not that far less wouldn't have been one of the biggest contracts in baseball. A-Rod plays well, plays hard and keeps his mouth shut. He offered to defer some of his salary to help the Rangers at one time. He also waived a no trade clause and changed to 3b to facilitate a trade.
Manny is a great hitter but he is renowned for whining. He doesn't have a good attitude and milks every penny he can out of a contract.

I go A-Rod....he respects and professionaly plays the game of baseball. Manny and his bathroom breaks in the Big Monster, and his yearly demands to leave Boston are ridiculous.

hi nicely Arod is one the suitable with manny and they are going to continuously be on the right in my e book and with Stats many wins because of what he does contained in the Postseason and folk seem for that, and personality is going also a huge section contained in the like ingredient yet i might want to pick Arod because for some reason even difficult he receives me and that i comprehend what he's able to
