No, not exactly. I used to work for a dermatologist. She said the only reason Proactive seems to work is because most people who use it have never had a skin care regimen before, therefore their skin will look better- but there is nothing special about Proactive as a product.

yes it does but the kit at wal-mart does the same thing, just remember they can only put so much of a drug in a bottle before you need a script thats why the generic version is just as good

i use it and it works pretty good..you gotta do all the stuff everyday tho...i hear it doesnt work for some people tho. i guess it depends on your skin.
