i dont think so. the law that one has to sit in a carseat is based on age not size. but maybe they're an exception to the rule. Something i definitely would like to see though.

Legally, they shouldn't have to as long as they are not children themselves. If they are driving, they do need a special booster seat and other adjustments to the pedals, etc..

midget isnt the right term and have u ever watched "little people, big world" on discovery health??? they dont use car seats.....
